Glue the edges.
Glue the center.
Press the paper down.
Wipe off the extra glue.
Let the glue dry.

Choose any shapes you like. (circle, square, triangle, etc…)

Cut them out in 3 sizes. (Small, Medium and Large)

Arrange them in any way you like on your background paper. They can touch or overlap.

Glue them down carefully.
