F.B.I. Director James Comey Recommends No Charges for Hillary Clinton on Email
New York Times

Who: Hillary Clinton
What: Her personal email
When: Last year
Where: Clintons’ home
Why: Used personal email for classified information
This article was about Hillary Clinton’s criminal charges for her use of personal email on classified information. The F.B.I. directory gave Hillary Clinton no charges for her use of email based on the fact that the F.B.I. could not find that she did so intentionally. This investigation started a year ago when the inspector general told the Justice Department of Hillary’s emails. These emails where routed through her home server which made them her personal emails. These charges came because the sensitive information passed through insecure servers which affected national security; from that she was under investigation until declared clear of punishment.
I feel that Hillary Clinton should have a penalty more than just a public tongue-lashing, especially because the F.B.I. director “declared ordinary government official could have faced administrative sanction for such conduct.”
I learned that Hillary Clinton is not facing charges for her personal email.
This information affects the Clinton’s campaign from “lifting an enormous legal cloud from her presidential campaign.”
Why would you use your personal email for top secret information?
Why would you email information you probably knew would become secretive?
What if a terrorist attacked occurred because of this leak in information?
