Within the Poetry Journal there were a variety of feelings towards it. One of these was annoyance, in that all the cutting and gluing and such made for a pain to work on. The other feeling towards the little books was relief from no longer having to look up the definition of the word every time I had to use it. Also, I found the poetry to be alright, in plain terms, being able to think deeper into the author’s intentions has always been an enjoyable experience. The class “discussions,” especially the first poem with the plane and diagrams, was a laughably fun time. Overall, I liked the poetry journals, besides the work it took to build them with limited resources.
