1. Read pages 672-676 in your textbook. You will be reading about the communist economies of several nations. As you read make a chart comparing the characteristics of communism in the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, Vietnam, and North Korea. It is up to you however you want to organize your chart, but here is an example for your reference: make the first column show the common characteristics of the communist economies, make a second column show differences.
2. Once done with your chart, answer the “Section 3 Assessment” questions on page 676 (1-6).
