2019 Innovation Showcase

Will presents his 3-D Propeller Project at last years showcase

Save the date for the 2019 Innovation Showcase, an evening exhibition of student innovation, creativity, and application of the design thinking process through project-based learning. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 26 from 5-7 p.m. in the FHS Gym.

Families, friends, and community members will be invited to explore and see first-hand the amazing work students in grades Pre-K-12 have created, and be inspired by their passion for learning.

Here are the details:

  • See any of your teachers at school to register as an individual participants, team, or a full class by March 15.

  • Students may create a new project OR submit a recent existing project OR recycle, repurpose, or reiterate a less recent project.

  • Students should plan to attend the Innovation Challenge event and be ready to display and describe their project.

Remember: Innovation does not need to be “robotic.”  You can submit all kinds of products, including art, creative writing, research projects, notebooks/portfolios with artifacts, or socially constructive endeavors (like a kindness campaign).
