Personality is defined as the emotional, physical, and mental characteristics of an individual. Each trait in an individuals personality is determined by one of four factors. These would be the persons’ self-concepts or beliefs, their environment, cultural influences, and hereditary traits. 

In Health class, I was tasked with creating a collage that represented how I perceived my personality and the factors that defined it. My collage included photos of flowers and plants because I love to spend time both in nature, and painting pictures of it. I added words, like cuisine and cooking, and a picture of spaghetti because I love to cook and learn how to create new dishes. I included an Eiffel Tower, because I am taking French II this year, and a dog because I have a labradoodle puppy. Finally, my collage was covered in words that describe who I am and what I value, such as quiet, creative, family, art, and kindness. Below is a photo of the collage I created.
