In my French 1 class, we just finished our third unit, La Famille (the family). The unit covered family members, descriptions, personality, -ir and -re verbs, showing possession, and adjective verb agreement. Once we finished La Famille, we did an End of Unit Assessment on verbs and family vocabulary, and were then given a project. I had to create Mon Arbre de Famille (My Family Tree) and use French vocabulary to describe the members of my family both physically and personality wise. I chose to do my brothers, my parents, my grandparents, my aunt and uncle, and my dog. The above presentation includes one slide for each of my family members, and represents My Family Tree.
